40s Yellow Rosebud Smocked Midi Dress [S-L]

Vintage 1940s pale yellow rosebud print midi dress with unique smocked waist detail with lots of stretch. Pockets on each side, bow tie detail at waist, and little side slit at hem. Has some cosmetic condition issues, see details below and refer to pictures.
