Early 2000s Vera Wang Architectural Wool Dress [M]

Vintage early 2000s designer Vera Wang architectural wool dress with contrast stitching and raw edge details. Square neckline with a dropped waist, feels like silk taffeta banding across the waist, with asymmetrical ruching and velvet sash detail. Skirt is slightly tapered. Lightweight wool blend (not itchy or thick) material with a bit of stretch and zipper at side. Pics do not do this one justice!
